My company is Planning Alternatives for Change, LLC. We describe our mission as "people-centered development." I have been working for 15 years in international development, focusing primarily on gender issues, poverty, and water and sanitation. Prior to that I was a "practicing anthropologist" working in New York City nonprofits and government. My basic anthropological research experience has been in South Asia. Hi, Suzanne -- I think we last met at an AAA meeting in DC. Saw you on the list, and decided to connect. I was last in BD in 2004 evaluating a large CARE disaster management program. Almost went again this year to evaluate the follow-on program... Best regards, Sher Plunkett
