was just peering around the business anthropology group and noticed your expertise in 'heritage' and 'cowboy boots'! Curious, my father makes custom-made western boots in Central Oregon... As I've returned to the area for a couple years now I've been watching the romanticization and marketing of the ranching and cowboy heritage and lifestyle. Raises some concerns, so I just thought I'd prod the topic a bit with you, if it interests you.
